Acceptance of Service Terms
By scheduling an appointment, signing an engagement letter, approving an estimate, or paying for any portion of a service, you formally enter into a binding service relationship governed by these Terms of Service, your specific Engagement Letter, and any signed Service Agreement. Unless otherwise detailed in your agreement, payment for services is due upon completion of the tax return or service deliverable, prior to filing or release of documents. We reserve the right to withhold filing until payment is made in full.
Late payments may incur interest fees or suspension of ongoing services. Returned payments may incur administrative fees.

Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling appointments.
Refunds: Refunds are issued solely at the Company’s discretion and are generally not available once work has commenced or been completed, regardless of the tax outcome.
