5. Supported Carriers
Stellar Tax Alerts supports a variety of mobile carriers in the U.S., including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and many regional carriers.
Important: Carriers are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or failed messages.
6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
- We do not guarantee the delivery of SMS messages. Message delivery is dependent on the network service of your wireless provider.
- We are not liable for any delays, errors, or failures in message delivery.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Mobile Terms, the dispute will be resolved by arbitration in Wyoming before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator will apply Wyoming’s substantive law.
Class Action Waiver: To the fullest extent permitted by law, any proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.
